GPK Foundation America had a very fruitful meeting today in Taste of Lahore Restaurant, located in 73-10 Northern Blvd., Queens, New Yoork with Ms.Jaime-Faye Bean, Executive Director of Sunnyside-Shines. She has been working tirelessly for our community since 2010. Her support to the Foundation is commendable during the crisis of Covid-19, donating Fresh Vegetables and Food Pantry. Today we discussed about how can we gather support to small businesses in Queens to thrive in this hard hit pandemic time.
On behalf of the GPK Foundation America-Somnath Ghimire-President, Subarna Lama-Vice President & Surya Simkhada-Central Member, Shyam Kaji Gurung-Advisor of NRN NCC-USA, Rekha Shrestha-Owner of Taste of Lahore, Young Democrat leaders Anil Pandey, Birendra Manandhar, Prem Lal Budha Magar & Laxman Pun were present in this meeting. Jaime Faye Bean has stressed that she can do whatever the best in her capacity for the growth of small businesses in Queens, as she is helping more than 300 small businesses in Queens. President of the Foundation Somnath Ghimire thank her for the love and support to the Foundation and will continue to work together for the betterment of our community in Queens.
